Training
In 2023, Blue Ocean View partnered with Esset Engage to conduct the European Social Fund’s (today called Europa WSE) project ‘Opleidingen van de Toekomst’ (Trainings of the Future). By coordinating a series of soft skills trainings for that call, I’m automatically certified to give these newly developed trainings in the field, also in a train-the-trainer set up.Training and coaching for Groep Maatwerk is also organised via Esset Engage. Coaching
I’m an active coach in the ‘Youth at Risk’ program, a Flemish subsidized initiative to coach young people, full of potential but with limited opportunities to exploit them. I will be no more and no less than a mirror for their hopes and fears.
In fact, people are and will be the most important resource of any organisation in the world. Motivation, involvement, empowerment and commitment are key drivers for success. As a certified coach, I consider it my mission to bring out the best in people, to challenge status quo and to raise awareness on convergent thinking and mental models.
Blue Ocean View offers perspective, a learning platform to discover new insights about yourself. Your horizon will get clearer and the road ahead will be thoroughly mapped. In return, I will become a better person. That’s why I consider coaching to be a gift for all parties involved in the process.
